Hello All - As you would have received the letters from HOA for requesting to have tree trimmings (roadside) at your home, would request everyone to submit the same as many places the branches are hanging n to the sidewalk which is causing the walkers an issue as our residents walk almost till late nights. Couple trees are very low at 4feet high. As this service from HOA is completely free , it is a humble request to submit the form by everyone. Seeking Residents for the Residential Architectural Review Committee (RARC): We are looking for residents from all phases of the community who would like to volunteer to be part of the RARC. This committee gathers twice a month (the 2nd & 4th Monday @ 1PM) and reviews the modification applications that residents submit for changes to their properties. All - Now that we are in to Jan, there are many things we need to complete in this month. a. Remove the Christmas lighting (before 20 th). After that, HOA will start issuing the notices. b. Property tax payments - Last day is Jan 30th (to avoid the penalty). c. HOA annual dues - Last day is Jan 31st (with no penalty). Pls disregard if you have already taken care. Hello All, Please see below response from HOA on the sports court (either Volleyball or Basket ball) in CHNE.  The community definitely needs at least one sports court so our younger kids will be able to play some sports, and having a one within the community helps. ********************* If you strongly believe this, need support from everyone in the community. If you could send an email (one resident in each day) to HOA ( Retta.Rosi@brightrealtyco.com ) asking for the sports improvements in the community and let's see how HOA comes back with their response. Good Evening Everyone, Last email from me tonight, I promise! We wanted to share an update on the HOA meeting yesterday. Board of Directors - Chris Bright was approved for another 3-year term. For those that don't know who the Board of Directors for our HOA consists of, it's the Bright brothers and one other person, so residents don't truly have voting power or say in anything the HOA does. New Development with roughly 314 lots will start construction next month. He mentioned they would be similar to CHNE. The condos in the Village Shops are almost complete, 16 of the 18 are under contract. Windhaven still scheduled to fully open up by CHN in 2021 Vector Security - It was mentioned that the contract for all of Castle Hills will expire 20 years after the last resident construction site completed.
