HOA - Must install the SOD or Dirt or anything needed. 2. Water District - Maintains the Common Areas (Mowing, Trimming, Weed control,... ). Water District pays for 40 times mowing in each year for this maintenance. 40 times mowing is nothing but it should be mowed in each week except in the mid winter where the grass doesn't grow. Smart Traffic Light on Windhaven Pkwy at Winehart Entrace

This make sense but the recommendation of having Smart Traffic light is to maximize the street crossing with much safety rather assuming and unknown about what is coming on from the water tank side as this is very dangerous blind curve. If anybody using the Highwood entrance you would not have an issue as you should be able to clearly observe what is happening on both the sides. Also, knowing that there are nearly 800+ apartments coming in the Austin Ranch boat house community, 300+ individual houses from Pulte homes on Josey Ln, there will be an increase in the traffic on Windhaven. IMO, Safety is the first priority than a minute delay while entering/exiting the community. Hope this helps. NEIGHBORHOOD STATUS UPDATE 12/13/16

Hello All, I hope you are all enjoying a wonderful and happy holiday season. We have some further updates regarding changes within our neighborhood that I thought I would pass along. 1.  Intersection Signage along Windhaven and Winehart -     As many of you have noticed, intersection signage has been added on the approaches on Windhaven to the intersection at Winehart street. Although we are  appreciative to the water district for erecting this signage, we do not feel that it is adequate in its own right to alleviate the danger at this intersection. More explicit  signage, a better marked entrance and the addition of a street light at this intersection in the median of Windhaven is truly needed. The CHNE committee will request  these items at the next water district meeting scheduled in January 2017. 2.  Speed control and STOP signs within the neighborhood -     ...
