Hello All - Here is the MOM with City Manager meeting occurred in the last week. Discussed about What City is planning to do and how they operate. City is very firm on getting the Annexation competed by Jul 2021. Castle Hills - A jewel in the market, after annexation it will still be jewel in Lewisville. Benefits of Annexation City Dashboard - https://metrics.Cityoflewisville.com - Various analytical reports can be found here (including Police patrol, response times, Library issues, Water billing issues, IT issues,……. Etc) Enhanced Patrolling - COL is adding addl. 10 officers in the current year and will keep adding more in the next couple years to facilitate the incoming need from future annexed area (Castlehills).  Currently we are paying additionally to have 12-14 hours of Patrolling our areas but this will become 24 hours on a typical patrolling done by...

Hello All, Now that we have approached 2020, 1F and 1G Boards are going to have 2 open positions in each . Should you be interested, pls PM me know for any guidance needed.  1F is having huge resident base from CH North East , CH North and CH West , so not sure how many are interested and the existing board members may be  contesting again . Most likely there may be an election here. 1G is very few residents (~150) from CH North East only and if we can coordinate with interested parties, we can avoid the election too. I'd prefer avoiding the election to reduce costs as coordinating within 150 residents would presumably be easy.  I'm happy facilitate the 2 members but pls feel free to reach me out on your willingness to be on the board. Hello All, Here is the MOM from the 1G water  district  meeting on 4/17. MOM : Digital sign on Windhaven Pkwy nearby Winehart St entrance. With this sign, there seems to be slow down on traffic. Currently ALDI is charging the sales tax at 8.25 %, which is legally not correct as CH shops should only charge 7.625% as per the last year elections. Raised this issue with City of Lewisville and then to Texas Comptroller office, they are looking into  this and will notify ALDI on reducing this to 7.625 %. ALL the shops within Water district should be charging the sales tax of 7.625% only. Should you find anything different in the shops around us, PM me with the details. Hello All, Here is the MOM from the 1G water district meeting on 3/20. MOM: Discussed on all the improvements happening in the community Trees  had been installed by the North of the community to cover the open area between (112 Wiltshire and 200 Wiltshire) and also the fence area so it won't be wide open anymore. 4 Swing set  - Planning has already been started and stakes have been pinned down in the ground to identify the area. In 2-3 week time, we should be seeing the swings installed along with the rubber mulch. New  digital speed limit sign  will be installed on Windhaven Pkwy by the Winehart St entrance. This is to slow down the traffic at that area as this is very dangerous hidden curve and currently having an impact to the drivers who is going out.
