Click on "resident portal" (if you don't have a password, email  RARC@brightco.com  and request one) Option B:  Please go to the Castlehills HOA site http://hoa.castlehills.com.  (if you don't have a password, email  RARC@brightco.com  and request one) There will be a menu on the left, click on "Forms/Applications" Click on "Architectural Review Committee Forms" Download the Form.
