Residential Architectural Review Committee (RARC)

To All:

Please go through the below for Architectural Review to get any exterior changes planning to be done to your home in Castlehills.

1. Option A: 
• Please go to the castle hills community website, www.castlehills.com.
• Scroll all the way to the very bottom.
• Click on "resident portal" (if you don't have a password, email RARC@brightco.com and request one)
2. Option B: 
• Please go to the Castlehills HOA site http://hoa.castlehills.com.  (if you don't have a password, email RARC@brightco.com and request one)
3. There will be a menu on the left, click on "Forms/Applications"
4. Click on "Architectural Review Committee Forms"
5. Download the Form. (or Updated form can be downloaded from here, you would need to login)
6. Fill that out, include a plot plan (will be in your closing documents), mark on the plot plan where you want to plant the tree. 
7. Submit the form, filled out entirely, be sure to include the species of tree, and email, mail, or fax the application and plot plan to:

The RARC committee meets on the 2nd and 4th of each month. It is best to have your application submitted no later than the Friday before the Monday when the meeting is held.

Once your application is reviewed at the scheduled meeting you will receive a response, via email, a week to 10 days later.
