Please email HOA all your questions which may be answered in the HOA annual meeting. The meeting will be recorded as well by the Attorney team. 

Last day for sending questions is by Nov 16th.

2020 Annual HOA Meeting
Due to the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent social distancing mandates and precautions, the 2020 annual HOA meeting will not be held in person.

The meeting will be held on
November 18th, 2020 @ 2PM
via Teleconference on WebEx.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED-
REGISTER USING THE FOLLOWING LINK:
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email
with instructions for joining the session.
Registered owners will have the option to participate via the
user's web browser or by phone.
With the meeting being held via teleconference this year we ask that questions be pre-submitted via email for answering during the question and answer session. There will be no 'live' Q&A session.

Please submit your questions no later than November 16th to: hoa@castlehills.org

Please address your email in the below format to help us process your inquiries efficiently:

(city, state and zip are not needed)
