GreenBelt maintenance issues CHNE

All,

During the 5/17 Board meeting, Mr. Phil (GM, Water District) asked us to send the pictures with the address location so he will be happy to followup with HOA.

Responsibilities:
1. HOA - Must install the SOD or Dirt or anything needed.
2. Water District - Maintains the Common Areas (Mowing, Trimming, Weed control,... ). Water District pays for 40 times mowing in each year for this maintenance. 40 times mowing is nothing but it should be mowed in each week except in the mid winter where the grass doesn't grow.
