2019 Jan - Home Owner Reminders

All - Now that we are in to Jan, there are many things we need to complete in this month.

a. Remove the Christmas lighting (before 20th). After that, HOA will start issuing the notices.
b. Property tax payments - Last day is Jan 30th (to avoid the penalty).
c. HOA annual dues - Last day is Jan 31st (with no penalty).

Pls disregard if you have already taken care.
