HOA - Tree Trimming Requests

Hello All - As you would have received the letters from HOA for requesting to have tree trimmings (roadside) at your home, would request everyone to submit the same as many places the branches are hanging n to the sidewalk which is causing the walkers an issue as our residents walk almost till late nights.

Couple trees are very low at 4feet high.

As this service from HOA is completely free, it is a humble request to submit the form by everyone.

Though it is free, HOA needs the signed form then only they will do it.

I also heard from couple residents that their tree trimming didn't happen even though they submitted the form last year, I would request you to follow up with Krissy.
