Pre-Annual HOA Meeting 2017 - On Sep7 at 7 PM


Hello All - As you all aware about the HOA annual meeting, we the CHNE residents would need to meet and discuss to see what is needed and attend the HOA meeting with the unified agenda; and the details are given below and attached.

ATTENTION ALL CASTLE HILLS NORTHEAST RESIDENTS

What: Resident Planning/Input Session for the Castle Hills Annual HOA Meeting

The Castle Hills HOA will soon hold their once a year homeowners meeting at 
2 pm on September 11th, 2017 at the Castle Hills Country Club. 

This meeting, open to all residents, is our once per year opportunity to voice our community concerns and requests directly to the head of Bright Realty who oversees the Castle Hills HOA.

The Castle Hills Northeast Advisory Committee will host an open pre-planning meeting to solicit input from all residents on which issues and improvement requests are   important to our community so that we, as residents, can attend the annual HOA meeting together and demonstrate support behind each of these issues and requests. 

When- Thursday, September 7th at 7 pm.

Where- At the Castle Hills NE Community Park next to the swimming pool


PLEASE MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND!!

If you have an issue, concern or request to make our community a better place to live, this is your once a year opportunity to voice your input directly to the head of the Castle Hills HOA.

By attending the pre-planning meeting on September 7th, you can meet, interact and strategize with your neighbors and help form a consensus on the important issues that we want to communicate to the HOA as one unified voice rather than as individuals.

"If you are unable to make the September 7th meeting, please help us further our cause by attending the HOA meeting on Monday, September 11th, at 2 pm at the Lakes at Castle Hills."

Remember- we are most effective as one voice and can best affect improvement in our neighborhood by working together.
