MOM - Water District Meeting - 1G - 08/23

Hello All,

Here is the MOM from the today's 1G Board meeting.

1. Pending Street Lights - Water district GM would be meeting Coserv next week to understand where is the delay.
2. Dog drop stations - 3 were approved (#1, #2, #4) and  the locations are South bound of Warwick, North bound of Highwood Trl and At the Park.
3. Tax Rate - District recommended to stay the same as there was not much revenue from 1G so far in the current year. There will be public hearing on Sept 20th to discuss with public and go from there.

Tax Rate change would be different for 1F as there are lots of construction happened over the last year and revenue generated due to the retails surrounding the community. Expectation is to go little less.

I haven't stayed back until 1F due to my work meetings. Audrey should be able to provide update from 1F meeting.
