All - Pls see the below complaint against the smoke released from Hard Eight Pit BBQ restaurant. You can also submit the health complaint on Colony City web site.

You or other Neighbors may also experience heavy smoke which is produced by Hard eight restaurant especially on Friday and Saturday night and Sunday daytime. 

We are unable to open windows in these beautiful  fall  days and sit outside.   

I have filed a complained to The colony city about this restaurant. 

I have received a response today and waiting for the city to call me. 

I will keep you updated. We may need other neighbors to support this complaint. 

If we need , you may ask others to contact city or send email etc.

Hard Eight BBQ restaurant on 5300 TX-121 produces extremely high level of smoke and we are unable to breath and open our windows or sit outside. It looks like they dont use any filter on their burners.
