CHNE - MOM - 1F - Board Meeting - 6/28/17

All, 

Yesterday, I have been to the special session Board meeting of 1F as it was in Water District (Village shops) office and below are the items discussed. I was couple mins late hence missed about the bonds discussion.

  1. Water Pressure issue - Discussed this with Mr. Phil and he mentioned that 35 PSI should be the standard water pressure for the community and we are getting 50+ PSI. However, it appears to be water district people have come to each of your house and checked the water pressure near the meter.
    1. He also asked to check if the same issue is in the entire house or only one area. If it is only one area, then it might be the issue in that area, that needs to be checked with builder.
    2. Also, suggest if the issue is occurring in only certain timing or all the times.
    3. If the same issue is being occurring to the entire street, pls let me know or you can call up Water district again.
    4. Just a side note, if your house is American Legends, pls give a call to Matthew Taylor, He is the President of 1F Board and he is from American Legends but not sure how he became the Board member (this is all together a different point). He may be the resident as well.

  1. BTW, the water supply for our community is coming from CHW community water tank. This might be slowing down but well within standards. However, City of Lewisville owns the service but maintenance is from Water District. He was not very clear on whether we can call up City of Lewisville.
  1. Resignation of Existing Board Member and Appointing New Board Director.
    1. Firstly, I would like to congratulate 'Audrey Wiseman' for becoming the Board of Director to 1F Board. She will have an Oath ceremony in couple days.
    2. There are 2 applicants (from CHN and CHNE) hence couple of considerations discussed in the meeting before choosing Audrey to the Board.
      1. As we do not have any one from CHNE, this became easy for the selection as there are members from CHN and CHW.
      2. With Audrey's great addition to the Board, we have a representation from our community as well to the 1F Board.
  2. New Board selection will be happening through Elections and will occur in May'18. Will definitely keep you all posted whenever the notification is out and anyone can run for the Board if you are interested.
