Hello All, Finally was able to compile the MOM from the Board meeting and some additional follow-ups. Item Discussion during the Resident Meet Contact Team MOM /Comments from Board Meeting 5/17/17 Street Lights We have requested to have 6 street lights installed but Per Water district, the 4 street lights were approved. Light by the Park (this was the hit-and-go last year) and this is replaced Light by the entrance of the Highwood Trl -> This will be installed over the median on Windhaven Pkwy Light by the entrance of Winehart St -> This will be installed over the median on Windhaven Pkwy Light in the Warwick Blvd - This will be installed in the Street as this is very long street. HOA - Must install the SOD or Dirt or anything needed. 2. Water District - Maintains the Common Areas (Mowing, Trimming, Weed control,... ). FYI, the Police Patrol report for the month of Mar/April. Noticed in the 2nd attachment that there are lots of Traffic surveys due to the incident recently happened. Not sure whether the same has been done for Winehart/Windhaven issue. I will have to check the previous reports. Note : From yesterday's district meeting, we learnt that the Windhaven Pkway behind our community is not maintained by Water District but the City of Lewisville. This point came, when discussing about the Smart Traffic light. We will need to plan meeting the City Counsel to help addressing the issues we have.
