Hello All - Many of you were part of our community social media group on Telegram and you would have seen the community group about the new amenity additions (Sand volleyball and Basketball courts). The requested plan was to have a replica like in CHN. HOA finally started collecting the feedback from all CHNE residents. Hope you would have received the letter from HOA on Friday or Saturday. Pls send your consent on either approval with benefits or deniel with reasons to hoa@castlehills.org . Heard from few residents that they have been receiving the response from HOA. Your feedback is appreciated and the more feedback HOA receives early the better they will be able to take the decision in the right direction. Hello All - As you would have received the letters from HOA for requesting to have tree trimmings (roadside) at your home, would request everyone to submit the same as many places the branches are hanging n to the sidewalk which is causing the walkers an issue as our residents walk almost till late nights. Couple trees are very low at 4feet high. As this service from HOA is completely free , it is a humble request to submit the form by everyone. Seeking Residents for the Residential Architectural Review Committee (RARC): We are looking for residents from all phases of the community who would like to volunteer to be part of the RARC. This committee gathers twice a month (the 2nd & 4th Monday @ 1PM) and reviews the modification applications that residents submit for changes to their properties.
