Hello All, Here is the MOM from the 1G water district meeting on 1/16. MOM : CHNE Swing set by Playground - We have discussed again about this having 4 set swing set by the playground. We have also approved to have the rubber mulch around the set. Trees between the 112 Wiltshire Blvd and 200 Wiltshire Blvd - The trees will be installed by the fence so it will obscure the visibility towards the commercials. Over the period, district wanted to do the better improvements here. General Current target for the Annexation is 2021. Police Patrolling There are good things happening on patrolling from the City of Lewisville (COL). - This is a good step towards the annexation in to City of Lewisville. All - Now that we are in to Jan, there are many things we need to complete in this month. a. Remove the Christmas lighting (before 20 th). After that, HOA will start issuing the notices. b. Property tax payments - Last day is Jan 30th (to avoid the penalty). c. HOA annual dues - Last day is Jan 31st (with no penalty). Pls disregard if you have already taken care.
