Water District - Homestead Exemptions applied on Properties

Hello All,

Now that we are in to July, Denton CAD had applied the homestead exemptions (approved by Water district boards (1F/1G)) in the last month, and you should be able to see how much reduction of Property tax occurred.

Up coming months, Boards will be assessing, analyzing and approving the tax rates which would further reduce the property taxes.

Will keep you posted with necessary updates.
