MOM: Denton County - Water District 1F/1G meetings - 01/17/18

Hello All,

Here is the MOM for the 1G meeting occurred today.

  1. Applicants can start submitting the Ballot applications from today onwards (http://www.dentoncountyfwsd.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Candidate-Application-Form-for-General-Election-May-2018-4814-6017-5705-2.pdf).
  2. New Policy has been created for requesting any repairs to the Trash bins (lid/wheels), at the cost of $25 as the Trash bins are owned by Homeowner.
  3. However, the recycle bins are owned by CWD.
  4. The motion for the Sharing Agreement with 1F has been passed. This would allow the District to engage the contractor to work on the Shaded Area for our play area in the park.
    1. Water District has already received the Bid and the contract will be issued this week.
    2. The ground work would be starting in about 2 weeks.
    3. Target of completion is by mid Spring.
