All,  Yesterday, I have been to the special session Board meeting of 1F as it was in Water District (Village shops) office and below are the items discussed. I was couple mins late hence missed about the bonds discussion. Water Pressure issue - Discussed this with Mr. Phil and he mentioned that 35 PSI should be the standard water pressure for the community and we are getting 50+ PSI. However, it appears to be water district people have come to each of your house and checked the water pressure near the meter. He also asked to check if the same issue is in the entire house or only one area. If it is only one area, then it might be the issue in that area, that needs to be checked with builder. Also, suggest if the issue is occurring in only certain timing or all the times. If the same issue is being occurring to the entire street, pls let me know or you can call up Water district again. Just a side note,...
