Neighbors: We have learned much over these past few weeks regarding the various requests and concerns within our neighborhood.  Below, I will detail what we know and our planned course of action on each issue. However, before I do that, I would like to clarify that "we' is a committee of a few individuals that are representing a group of interested neighbors that share common questions and concerns regarding the neighborhood.  We are not the HOA and we do not represent the HOA. Hello All,  Yesterday I was able to attend the 1B District meeting at the Denton Country Fresh Water District office (in Village Shops) and the below items have been discussed with them and response was positive but do not have a definite timeline to have this done. 1. Marking the Fire Hydrant areas (either painting the curb or visible flagging or any other best alternative). 2. Enhancing the Park amenities with additional play items (like swings, slides, ...) 3. Stop signs on Highwood Trl and Winehart as they are straight and long streets while entering and exiting the community. 4. New Schools on both the sides of Josey Ln (am sure this is not in Water District's scope, but requested to get any information from School district as it was already planned for 2020).
